Hi there folks, some things that were widely mentioned are being fixed, most notably Inside and Out, Moondance Reaper behavior, Portrait typo, and League promotions bug. If anyone notice anything else in regards to maps/ladder let us know.

@DimitriPC Fully upgraded Carriers before they fight each other (one is neuraled) and after they fight each other. The neuraled Carrier lost significantly more health.

@DimitriPC Apparently, when you use Neural Parasite on Carriers, they lose all their upgrades. I don't know if that is intended.
