i haven’t been affected but i will say that i don’t think “understanding” is enough. it’s getting ridiculous the amount of fluctuations and mistakes your site, staff, and company have made. these are real life people, making real life plans—and to you it’s an “oopsie”. shame on u. also do you wanna tell us why it took 3mo to track down scalpers and pull those tickets? bc the people who bought resale from the scalpers you took forever to catch also got screwed. and you ended up making 1.5-2x on each ticket like you were the scalper the entire time. maybe the scam artists yall need to crack down on is yourself.

I would understand this if there wasn’t a way to ensure that tickets weren’t being sold for more than face value… but can’t artists decide to allow resale on ticketmaster for face value?? This is really frustrating. I want to get tickets but I’m so scared of getting scammed
