I second this training! I learned so much about how to APPLY my ideas and knowledge towards training and teaching others -- a skill pretty much any and all organizers and leaders need.

What’s important to remember here is: this is a continuous process. The shortcoming in the attempt at community accountability was the board deciding to move forward on what they perceived as solutions with no further dialogue with us and letting a sense of urgency shape (18/x)
