After ages, I'm experiencing this feeling of not wanting a show to end. Not wanting to leave its world. Even if it's tense, anxiety inducing, heartbreaking, traumatic, reminds me of the importance of purpose & also the importance of not getting lost in the pursuit of that purpose, reminds me of everything I'm doing wrong & guilt-tripping me on getting off my ass to fix it... With every department firing on all cylinders: right from the camera crew that builds tension with the single takes & intimacy with the tight close ups, the writers who capture every single detail of the madness of the kitchen & the struggles of every single character, the spectacular choice of music & needle drops, the actors who paint their characters with enough strokes to make you feel like they're part of your family and HOLY SHIT the editors who are the key orchestrators of all the madness... I don't know if this will inspire aspiring filmmakers or make them feel bad about the high standards they may have to beat #TheBear is a six out of the park on every single ball It's a punch and a hug -- it's pain and therapy -- all at the same time Just like most of the characters break into saying every now and then: Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuckwhatafuckingshow
