First shrine doesn't make alot of sense without strung to serve, why is it even here and why did GMS string it up

@HollowTired @birch_bin No! Of course players don't know this because wiki doesn't disclose it... But I am very positive it is the case. Now as I think about it still has some lore potential? One of the bells required to open the Citadel is hidden deep within; requiring outsiders to ring every other.

@HollowTired @birch_bin Actually false! If you have Open: Grand Gate quest and you ring the first shrine it counts for this quest. Sure it is useless..

@birch_bin This bellshrine is useless and stupid, it's the only bellshrine not connected to the Citadel gate, it's the only shrine in the Citadel, it serves no purpose. It gives you a bench but there is a more convinient bench like 5 steps away. I miss Strung to Serve.
