@SBICard_Connect even after doing kyc, all they do is send the card to wrong address. Now in the name of reissuance they will charge me more fees. What the hell is this man!

@SBICard_Connect what is this behaviour. For more than 15 days, you kept me waiting by not providing correct tracking details of sbi card. And now whe I asked you to block the previous one which was not delivered to me and issue a new one, you are charging me rs 100!

@SBICard_Connect I have not received my SBI card tracking details amd today I received a confirmation call to confirm the delivery. How can I know the details? Please enlighten me. Also the customer care number do not connect to an agent!

they just blocked my account stating that I have made high number of returns. You should send genuine products in the first place or apply some charge to deal with it. But to just randomly block account and that too when I clear all my dues of pay later on time! Now, as the...2/n
