Not all refs are bad & make mistakes which is part of the game like you’re sayin. But it’s the attitude on some of them that kills the game especially when asked respectfully or at HT/FT when the games paused or over

Players make plenty of mistakes during games, or coaches themselves, do we expect these people also to come out and explain their mistakes?

Ok for refs to tell players to shut up and go away. Be interesting to see how or if this ref and the darvel ref explain themselves from just this weekend or just bury their head

It’s coaches at side of park who constantly argue back when you explain your decision and why ye gave it. So then becomes absolutely pointless even trying to explain yourself and better to just stay quiet rather than starting a debate during play

Pure attitude, all about telling you to shut up and belittling players rather than explain a decision and admit you got it wrong later on in the game. You’ll get some of them soon when they get fast passed up the leagues.
