@AAAECentral unreal today; need a car jumped and tech that arrived, got his van stuck, almost drained battery dead because he had faulty cables and a poor connector to his van; had to only use handheld he had to keep charging. Still no start and now paying for another visit??

@AAACares I’ve attempted to contact AAA regarding the sub-par service I received this week via FB messenger to no avail so trying here. It took 22 HOURS to receive resolution regarding my car’s battery!! The company sent a man who was curt and fairly inept.

⁦@AAACares⁩ have been a member since 1972. This is the first time I’ve ever been given a second estimate of arrival an hour later than the first after already being late. This is unacceptable!

@AAA_Travel DOES NOT provide 24/7 roadside assistance as it claims. When you leave a person who pays a membership fee for your service hanging for 3+ hours, that's clearly a false claim. Both the .@FTC & .@USDOT should immediately launch investigations in this organization.
