An Nguyen was released from prison & transferred to ICE. He was released from ICE & quickly went into rebuilding his life, finding a stable job, & taking care of his family. ICE redetained him shortly after & released him again. @GavinNewsom #PardonAn. This is completely inhumane

The criminal legal system further traumatizes survivors by inflicting punishment on them for surviving violence. All DV survivors deserve protection & healing, not incarceration in prison & ICE cages. @GavinNewsom must #LeadWithMercy & grant #ClemencyNow for ALL survivors.
