@AAATexas doesn’t allow you more than 4 cars on an online quote. I have 7 cars but I guess I’ll take my business someplace else because I DO NOT want to talk to an auto sales rep.

@AAATexas I’ve sent several emails since Sep about an accident I had on one of your tow trucks which resulted in a broken shoulder & surgery, not to mention 4 months on disability. I was told a few times my email was sent to the correct dept, but I have never gotten any response.

@AAATexas after being 13 yrs loyal to AAA . I was not able to add my kid to insurance. From last 2 months it’s in process and promised that kid can drive ( provided inductance document) . Today I got to know kid is not covered. #AAA #CX sucks

I am disappointed with .@AAATexas and United Towing and Recovery. Needed a tow and the driver took the toll road, but .@HCTRA took the 5.20 tolls out on my EZTag, instead of billing the tow co and no one can give me a receipt of the tow or anything for HCTRA. .@abc13houston

I just became a Tesla owner and for the first time in 20years i'm leaving Auto club. How yall are all of a sudden $500/yr more expensive is rude. The only thing I can come up with is yall are biased against Tesla owners. 😔 Which is EXTRA ridiculous given that Tesla is now a Texas company 🤦‍♂️

@AAATexas your online auto insurance mileage verification has been down for approx a month. My hours don’t allow me the time to go into a local AAA. I missed a possible discount due to time constraints. Please have someone fix the app/online site.
