Hello, donn. Depending on how your membership is set up, you might not get a physical card if you have a digital membership. If you do get a physical card, it will come every three years with your renewal in the mail. If you need help checking your account, just drop us a private message with your 16-digit membership number and your contact info. Thanks!

@AAA_ACG we continue to be amazed at the lack of companies no longer working or honoring AAA. It feels like you are in reduction mode. Please share what is the plan ? In major cities like Winston Salem it shouldn’t take three hours !

@AAA_ACG I am just now seeing this response. I am going to cancel my AAA membership. They couldn't help me when I needed them to. I don't know why they couldn't get a wrecker to come pick up my Spyder.

@AAA_ACG Not very happy with my first need for AAA use. I scheduled a battery test/replace, the tech they sent didn't have a working tester or even the right battery. I feel like that was a wasted service call that shouldn't count since I never got either service that I requested

@AAA_ACG wow…I have never had this kind of experience using AAA before. Going on 6 hours since I called for help and continue to get the runaround. Almost 25 years as a member and clearly AAA isn’t what it used to be. What a disappointment.

@AAA_ACG Your towing service is awful. It’s been over 5 hours and still no help. After 25 years with your company we will not be renewing our membership.

Members have the option to remain on the phone and speak with a live roadside service call-advocate anytime the automated system opt-out or has any issue using the automated system.
