Once again, very much an "American Assocation All-Star Team" feel to the roster (not criticism, just observing). In total, 10 members of the 2025 Cougars are heading south, plus a '26 Cougar (Sam Dexter), who didn't even play in the AA last year

The @KCCougars and @SiouxCityXs are both bringing back speedy outfielders. Upshaw (103 steals in 3 years) is back for year 4⃣ in Kane County and Knowles (53 steals last year) is heading into year 3⃣ with the X's

New GM announced today for the @SiouxCityXs. Spent much of the last two decades in advertising and visitors/convention sales, as well as college sports. Interestingly, he was the first GM in Sioux Falls @Canaries history in 1993

Also, Viza hasn’t pitched in MLB since 2022 and has only pitched in Mexico since 2024. In no way is Britain’s manager risking angry phone call from Viza’s primary employer because he threw 5 innings on March 7…so let him go!

Side note about the other one, Tyler Viza: I do NOT understand the “3 innings is best case” statement from the GB manager. You knew it would go to hell at one point for Great Britain. Viza was dealing and had ~25 pitches left. Why not see if he could get through 5?
