Brett Pesce is probably better off sitting out until next season. Having three medium-term injuries in a single season would be pretty rough. I'd much rather see him fully healthy in September.

No one knows what is goalie interference, head shots to players are again at epidemic levels, DoPS kangaroos are floundering. Teams are printing and highlighting the rule book and distributing it to media in press box during a game.

Gritsyuk was hooked (and later slashed) on a breakaway. Devils got a regular power play that will go scoreless because Dougie hammered the crossbar on a shot Thompson didn't see. Hoping for better in the third (18 seconds left on PP).
