Yesterday was a great Day for the Men's XC team at Augustana. 5 guys in the top 10, 8 in the top 20. Another NSIC Conference Championship. The guys ran a great race together.

Isaiah and his Augustana teammates faced off against some of his old teammates at Dordt University in Iowa today. Augustana placed five runners in the top nine. It was a great day for a race.

Grandma's Marathon weekend. Isaiah Anderson did the Half Marathon, and @_eve_anderson ran the Marathon. 1:18:28 and 3:40:49 respectively. Other Cougar Alumni: Ivy Glade 3:22:27 (Boston Qualifier) and Jett Oachs 3:12:29
