Let's be honest about something... If Canada didn't border the United States we'd already be a Chinese province. It was the US, not Canada, that expressed security concerns when Trudeau attempted to contract Huawei to build our 5G network. That sweeping Chinese surveillance project stopped because of the Americans. It's the United States that's expressing security concerns about 50,000 Chinese EV's entering Canada, not Canadians and certainly not the Canadian establishment. Mainstream Canadians are only aware of the danger this poses to our sovereignty because Americans are ringing the alarm. We can scream "elbows up" and hate Trump all we want, but as of right now, the United States is the only nation keeping us free.

Every trade and economic associated agency within the Trump administration is in alignment, and the elimination of the USMCA with Canada is clearly at the end of this path.  However, if you can find one in one-hundred Canadians who understand or accept this destination, I would be surprised.  A mass formation psychosis has fallen upon the land of Canada, and the overwhelming majority of Canadians just repeat, “Trump bad.”  It’s weird.

THIS. 100% this. The only way to know is to put it directly to him and ask him about it. Then you begin to wonder why no one ever does....

Assuming anyone would want to deal with it (big assumption) ... I would like to think there are two likely scenarios for this: Scenario #1 would be DNI having an audience with President Trump, informing him of what took place, possibly with Rubio and Ratcliffe in attendance. Scenario #2 would be the IC bad actors, House interests and the WH bad actors intercepting the issue in advance and seeking to eliminate the issue the DNI would represent. Knowing the opposition inside DC, I am generally leaning toward Scenario #2 as the most likely outcome. If scenario #1 unfolded we may or may not see further action, further public sunlight, depending on how President Trump reviews the information and whether: (a) it makes him look small/weak; or (b) Trump would consider our country absorbing the ramifications. Under scenario #1 we may or may not ever hear about it. Corrective action will not be easy to spot for a while. Under scenario #2, we will see in the headlines a blitz of stories about the DNI being out of favor in the White House and scheduled for replacement. That means the bad actors in the concentric circles around the President will have eliminated the problem. This scenario will play out in the headlines as the target is isolated, ridiculed and marginalized. Again, FWIW unfortunately, I lean toward scenario #2 as most likely. We'll see. DC has a way of kicking the can down the road and waiting to see if they can avoid the issue by giving the midterms to the opposition.

Republicans and those in the administration closest to Trump only need to get this issue delayed until November when they can lose the House, the issue disappears and they can relax.

Watching is what I do. I also can tell you the entire cleaving of the social media information system in 2020/2021 (deplatforming, demonetizing, cancelling etc.) was by design. The once fractured system can be reestablished with AI algorithms, programed by the same people who destroyed the old system, in full operational control. That is the current status. Controlling the reach is controlling the speech.
