The House recently passed the ABC-opposed, Infrastructure Bill. The Bill is not expected to pass within the U.S. Senate, who have been busy working on its own surface transportation bill before the September 30th deadline.

The U.S. unemployment rate fell to 11.1% and non-farming payrolls reached 4.8 million in June. Economists were expecting a 2.9 million increase and a 12.4% unemployment rate, signaling the economy is coming back stronger than expected as we reopen from the coronavirus pandemic.
