@watershedbrew @grainbinbeer Can negate a decent amount of that with scale/automation. But you’re right, you would need to move a pile in house and have someone who has outside contacts to sell wholesale. 20bbl is doable but I wouldn’t suggest it by any means.

Honest Question of the Day: Do you think someone could open a 20bbl+ brewery in Alberta today and make it? If you were independently wealthy and could afford to hemorrhage for a few years, then MAYBE...but rich people are rarely stupid so, ya. So in short, my opinion is no.
