The money was in the vault and the rest was put on withdrawals at least 2-3 withdrawals which never arrived and maybe still in the processing stage. I had been using this account for a long time before around 1 year usage,KYC verified using Govt ID number age 24 then.

Hello @bcgame it's a serious issue. Right after I requested withdrawals, my account was suddenly put on self exclusion without my consent. I had already completed full KYC verification, clearly showing my DOB as 15-02-2000, yet your team is falsely claiming I am underage.
