⚠️ What for-profit health care could mean for you: 👩‍⚕️ Reduced staffing levels that negatively impact service quality 🚪 Patients discharged prematurely, with legal protections making companies harder to sue 💸 Patient fees that make health care costly and less accessible This is the UCP's direction. Not the direction that Albertans want.

🚨 The UCP is opening the door to for-profit hospitals in Alberta. 🧵 Bill 55, passed in May 2025 , sped up and expanded the UCP's multi-year health care privatization agenda. 🏥 High quality public health care is a top concern for Albertans. The UCP isn't listening.

On May 9, 1992, a methane explosion killed 26 miners at the Westray Mine in Nova Scotia. A public inquiry found that the mine owners and managers ignored safety concerns raised by the miners and their union.

The silver lining in the EKOS data: Alberta's union members— public AND private sector— score lower on the disinformation index than the rest of the population. But the report is clear: workers "can't shape election and referendum outcomes on their own." So far, neither the federal government nor the province have done anything.

🚨 BREAKING: A new report commissioned by the AFL has confirmed Alberta is now the epicentre of disinformation in Canada— largely driven by direct foreign interference. This is a five-alarm fire. 29% of Albertans now rank as "highly disinformed"— nearly DOUBLE the national average. No other province comes even close. Russian state media, MAGA operatives, and AI content farms are targeting Albertans. They want to divide us, and our governments are doing nothing about it.
