Science follows the money. Your confirmation bias will find science that supports your argument and you will close your mind. Use fitness as an example. The gym Bros were right about a lot of things and science has taken people through a rabbit hole.

Be the man you know you are. Don't pretend to be something else or learn tricks. Just level up and stack skills.

I know the boys love cold showers and lifting weights. But your cardiovascular health is arguably more important. Get your cardio in. Some high intensity shit also. It sucks but it does so much for your body.

Proud to say I have never downloaded tik tok. YouTube is 90 learning Pesky Instagram still gets me scrolling from time to time though. My life has gotten significantly better staying off social media.
