@BritishInsurers team, re Sri Lanka, you said ‘this is what travel insurance is for’ but Alpha Travel is saying my backpacking daughter’s policy doesn’t cover terrorism so she can’t claim for her £500 flights in 3 weeks time. Is this right?

Ok if we’re saying ‘well dones’ @InsuranceJamesD, I thought this was your best & most honest campaign I’ve seen. It was needed & a worthy winner. When ‘Insurance’ becomes relied upon ‘Treasury income’, you have to respond & you did. Be interesting to see what happens next Budget.

Apparently @BritishInsurers now employs a company to cold call people to check how their insurers dealt with a claim. They tell me they took my details off the National Accident Database? Who are they ABI?
