Two things to this:
- Yes, Arc can call back the play within a reasonable amount of time. This was 30-35 seconds of game time. This change was made a couple of years ago, but rarely executed.
- Was Marshall’s mark obvious enough to intervene?

This guy in the wheelchair is out to be a victim.
Thats what this actually is, no matter how you frame it. At no point was he willing to listen to what the guy was saying. He was arguing and being extremely agitated the entire time.
He was clearly trying to make this ragebait video.
A quick look at the Adelaide website and a map shows how easy and how many places there are and how safe those "ramps" are.
Guy was even offering to physically help the guy himself and professional victim couldnt have that!

As expected, Israeli President Herzog has gone to Bondi to lecture Australia about anti-Semitism.
Interestingly though, in answer to my questions in the NSW upper house, the NSW Police have not classified the Bondi attack by the Akrams as being motivated by anti-Semitic ideology.
They appear to have classified it as ISIS motivated, not surprisingly given what we know about the father-and-son terrorists.
In this respect, the Herzog visit is actually superfluous.
