This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The City of Calgary has cancelled its water supply alert. This water supply alert is no longer in effect. The City of Calgary has lifted water restrictions following a successful return to service of the feeder main along 16 Avenue NW. Work may continue in the area as repairs are being finalized. This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The City of Calgary has issued a water supply alert. This alert is in effect for all communities of Calgary’s water supply, including Airdrie, Strathmore, Tsuu T’ina Nation and Chestermere. This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The City of Calgary has issued a Water Supply alert. A feeder main break along 16 Avenue Northwest continues to impact the city’s water supply. Supply levels remain in a critical state, affecting the city’s ability to provide water to communities and ensure adequate water is available for firefighting. All residents and businesses must conserve water. Reduce indoor water consumption as much as possible. Limit showers and flushing toilets. Only do full loads in the dishwasher and washing machine. This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Alberta Health Services has updated its Boil Water Advisory for portions of Calgary. The Boil Water Advisory remains in effect for parts of Montgomery, Parkdale, Point McKay and West Hillhurst. A water main break resulted in depressurization and potential water quality impacts. Water quality testing is ongoing. The Boil Water Advisory remains in effect.This will be the final Alberta Emergency Alert related to this Boil Water Advisory. This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. Alberta RCMP have issued a Dangerous Person Alert. This alert is in effect for northwestern Alberta, between Grande Prairie, Rycroft, and the B.C. border. An extremely dangerous man, Curtis Halliday, has multiple firearms and has already shot at multiple individuals near Grande Prairie. Curtis is 6 foot 3, caucasion with brown eyes and brown hair. He is on the run in a black 2022 Ford F-350, licence plate CMZ0105. Curtis was last known to be in the area northwest of Grande Prairie near LaGlace. If you are in areas bounded by Grande Prairie on the southeast, west along Highway 43 to the B.C. border, and along Highway 2 north to Rycroft and west to the B.C. border along Highway 49, be on the lookout for a man driving this vehicle. If you see the suspect, do not approach. Curtis is armed and very dangerous.
