@marksummerscast I have had the opportunity to go to one recently and honestly it was the best thing ever. I had a recall (didn’t get the job) but to be who you are in that room for 5-10 minutes it’s a whole different story. So definitely yes!!!

I've always been a bit of a rebel with the ways I have tried to mould my career in this chaotic industry (probably my Italian blood). And coming from a background with no connections and other hurdles, I've never really felt I've fully belonged but as hard as its been, I feel very lucky to get to work in it everyday and honoured to be accepted as a full member of BAFTA. I'm hoping I can use this opportunity to continue to network, meet the right people and help create a more accessible and better future for the UK industry. Onwards 💪🏻 P.s. Mandy, Starnow, backstage ect are the biggest croque of 💩 - Jobs that make you audition just to apply. - Spelling mistakes in the briefs (or no brief) - No character descriptions - ZERO response and honestly so much more. Or am I just using it wrong? #actor #actorlife
