@sainsburys my delivery came however ALL the chilled stuff (70% of order) has been missed off! Driver was amazing though, very apologetic and promised to go back and get my full order to me. Its ridiculous that the driver has to even do this! It's freezing cold today, do better!

@sainsburys Won't be making any future deliveries with you again-was unaware of weighted items not being a part of the substitution promise. At least @Tesco keep it simple & give you straightforward substitution AT NO EXTRA COST. Plus their customer service is 5*, can msg thru their DM too!

@sainsburys Hi my delivery yesterday had a substitute and the difference in cost compared to grocery item ordered was huge. I still haven't received an email with eVoucher code & theres nothing in my online account either.
