The Platinum Global 100 Awards Ceremony brought together Trade Minister Ömer Bolat [@omerbolatTR] , Investment and Finance Office [@InvestTurkey] President A. Burak Dağlıoğlu [@aburakdaglioglu], and senior representatives from Türkiye’s business ecosystem at the Istanbul Financial Center [@tvfifm]. Minister Bolat highlighted in his speech that Türkiye rose in global rankings from the 16th to the 11th largest economy by purchasing power parity and is now the 14th largest industrial country. In his address, Investment and Finance Office President Dağlıoğlu noted that the European economic recovery is expected to positively impact investments in Türkiye. Between January-October 2025, Türkiye attracted USD 11.6 billion in FDI (annualized USD 14.6 billion), a 35% increase year-on-year. Strong sectors include wholesale and retail, manufacturing, ICT, fintech, logistics, and tech ventures. Türkiye’s growing manufacturing capacity and active role in the global supply chains continue to drive investment growth, Dağlıoğlu stated.
