@AC9632 Nice one pal, places like Skem, Burscough, Ormskirk, parbold and hesketh bank are all places which are full of kids who aren’t close enough to the big teams who would be prime to get Down. Great job aidan pal!

@Tic987 I will definitley ask the question mate and see if there's anything up your way. I do think we should try to venture out a bit to Chorley and other little towns on the outskirts if possible

@AC9632 I know we used to have the st marketing on the busses too like the 365 etc. I know we definitely have the community team doing football activities in Skem but it would be interesting to know what happens regarding tickets to Skem schools. Probs closer than some parts of Wigan

@Tic987 I know fan engagement teams go into schools in the area consistently and give tickets. Not sure they reach Skem & understand it's a dear day with a family of 4 to go often

@AC9632 Aidan Pal just curious whether there’s still a push into the local area, I remember when we were in the prem and I used to always get kids coming up to me in Skem going Im going the match …doesn’t feel lil the reach is as much anymore. I’d love to go more but 3 kids it’s too ££

@AC9632 @HeritagePodWAFC Looking at the other clubs. United, city, Liverpool, Everton etc. No chance of them getting a ticket. Not saying it doesn’t happen already, but it’s a pretty piss poor attempt if it is 😂

@upthetics25 @HeritagePodWAFC It's really not. The club go into schools and even bring kids to the stadium, they give tickets out. Theres not guarantee the tickets will be used on match day. Some parents don't want to go or support other clubs.

@HeritagePodWAFC @AC9632 That’s bullshit. In today’s day and age with inflation and the costs, parents will snap up the chance. Plus, with today’s parenting, it’s 90 minutes the children are occupied for 😂

@upthetics25 They do this consistently, children & parents/carers are given tickets. Doesn't mean they take up the offer but they're into schools all the time.

@AC9632 It needs something because it’s dead. We have a 24/25k seater stadium. Club needs to be getting into schools, giving away tickets and pushing bums on seats. All stands are open anyway so it might as well be done.

@Dunks_92 Haha!! He did love a lil dribble up the pitch randomly. Remember watching him at Forest away and thinking 😳😳 but he found his feet and grew into a solid player for us and then more moving on. Interesting to hear what you thought/seen

@AC9632 Too be honest DB has done incredible and he deserves everything he gets - to playing regularly in the premier league & playing for England… Aerialy he is not bad of course but at wigan, I didn’t have this as his strength at the time… he loved a mazey dribble though ⚽️🤝🫡

Following on the atmosphere chat, yes few aren't happy with ownership but players and manager still should be supported. Any frustration shouldn't be put on to them #wafc

@PhilSteel69 Neither. But wouldn't want it to start and then not showing up to games etc or whatever wouldnt have the affect on the owner they may wish it did
