@Acer Hi I’m facing a hardware issue with my Acer monitor (VG270 Sbmiipx). When enabling VRB at 120/144Hz, a black bar appears at the bottom of the screen. The issue happens on both PC and PS5. I already contacted support but got no response. Please assist.

@Acer it runs really well. the game is 10 years old and the risen 5 4500u doesn't struggle. on an older computer haswell and older the audio would be stuttering

@Acer you can also just keep the app open. since I run screen readers and turn focus mode on while gameing. alt f4 is the way to go. I'm currently playing a game called manamon on my aspire a515-44

@BestBuy on November 4th 2025, I purchased an Acer Helios 16s Ai laptop from you guys using your progressive leasing services. Purchased on the 4th, picked up on the 5th of November of 2025. After a day of using the laptop i had to open said laptop to install an m.2 and ram.

@Acer Like why is my brand new expensive @acer laptop water damaged from day 1? How is this my fault? And why don’t you cover your own issues? What about the putty that leaves oil everywhere?
