Nutrition is a hoax Just don’t eat too much oil and move your body a little and you’ll outlive most of these gym-Protien freaks. Non of my village people know what is Protien , take no medicine or supplements and they can run faster , work for longer time, have no illness. Nutrition is a propaganda by corporate slaves.
