@CanuckHavoc @SenatorSinema @weworkforhealth @realDonaldTrump @elonmusk This bill removes the flexibility of the justice system by taking away judicial and prosecutorial discretion. Survivors would be punished as a result. ACESDV wants a justice system that holds victims harmless.

@CanuckHavoc @SenatorSinema @weworkforhealth @realDonaldTrump @elonmusk AZ already allows for the sentencing of people convicted of sex trafficking to lifetime imprisonment without clemency or parole. This bill proposes to fix a problem that doesn’t exist by harming victims.

We thank @GovernorHobbs for her continuing support of Victim Services. The Executive Budget submitted by Governor Hobbs included $20.7 million dollars to support critical services for victims of crime, preventing a catastrophic cut in services.
