Everyone at school joined in a collaborative willow sculpture today and Fledglings loved taking part! We can’t wait to see it finished ✝️

Forest School Fridays 💚

In maths lessons this week, our Reception children have been learning about order and sequence. Today we looked at the sequence for making a jam sandwich and then we had a go at making (and eating) one! 🍞

The rain did not stop us having a great time in Forest School yesterday. Lots of jumping in puddles and playing in the mud! We planted sweet peas too and look forward to watching them grow over the coming weeks 🌱

We all loved the PTA sponsored pancake toss today! 🥞

We have been learning all about Chinese New Year this week. Today the children have loved dressing up and dancing in the Chinese dragon costume! 🐉

Today in Forest School we learned how to use hammers safely. We made fantastic crocodiles with knobbly, gnarly backs! 🐊 @ForestSchoolACE

This afternoon, Fledglings have been reading the story of The Good Samaritan. They loved re-enacting the part of the story where the Samaritan bandages the Jewish man and helps him to heal 🤕

Fledglings loved making these tree faces from clay and natural materials during our Forest School session last week 🌳
