I’m pleased to say June saw @AgeCymruGwent reach the figure of 22,000 people supported throughout @AneurinBevanUHB area in the first six months of 2024. Huge thanks to all the incredible staff and volunteers involved.

Life changing support for older people across Gwent these last three months, whilst also easing the pressure on health and social care statutory services.

@caerphillyrugby @Caer_m_and_j Well done all, but the biggest success is being such a wonderful community club, providing such a fantastic nurturing environment for hundreds of young people throughout the local area.

Our superb @AgeCymruGwent “Robins” volunteers increased engagement with older people yet again in August. The latest statistics show that an amazing 2,841 older people were supported throughout @AneurinBevanUHB hospitals. Huge thanks to all involved for giving up your time.
