You can see it plain as day: the man was already on the ground, helpless, pinned down by officers, and unarmed. What they did to him was an outright execution. It’s impossible to watch and not feel sick.

We went for a nice 3 mile walk this morning. Can’t wait for this humidity to break! It wasn’t hot, but it was definitely a little uncomfortable on the trail. Fall leaves and cooler temps are right around the corner now though! Stay positive! 😬
