12 weeks post surgery today 🎉💪

So 9 weeks post op tomorrow and my knee is struggling to get past 95° flexion... whhhhyyyyyyy

@AcLfighters @ACLrecoveryCLUB @PremierInjuries My ACL wasnt torn but lax.. my decision was hard but with it being lax it was causing considerable pain and lots of fluid and other damage... had my 3rd ACL recon to fix it! I didnt feel like it was unstable but had LCL, PLC & Popeteus ruptures and didnt realise until in op!

Surgery or not on a partial ACL tear, not unstable episodes, but bones spurs and cartilage damage suggesting instability 🤷🏼‍♀️@ACLrecoveryCLUB @PremierInjuries @ACLinjuries
