Our hair, mind, body and soul workshop for women and gender diverse folks went off without a hitch last week! Here is a quick peak at the event which featured zoomba, Fashion and wellness, psychological discussion groups and therapeutic foot massage! 🌟 👠

We have a wonderful Sexual Health 101 for newcomer women coming up on March 27, 5-8PM at 19 Main Street in collaboration with Capital Rainbow Refuge Drop by for easy to understand information about sexual health!

Join us for Gay Men's Social tomorrow, October 8 from 4-7 PM in the Living Room. We will be watching Beetlejuice 2, providing dinner and free Tarot Card Readings for those interested. Hope to see you there!

What a gr8 outreach today! The gathering brought together various orgs to support and uplift #Indigenous communities through education, awareness, and health initiatives. ACO participated to celebrate Indigenous heritage, promote health, and strengthen our community bonds.

Today, a Pride flag raising ceremony took place on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The event was led by the Honourable Marci Ien, Canada’s Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth, alongside Members of Parliament and special guests. Justin Trudeau also participated. #PRIDE2024
