there is no mode one can adopt that isn’t inherently authentic, I think here we agree i still think it’s useful to interrogate the possibility of authenticity as useful motivational construct - and that framing authenticity as “effortless” will be misinterpreted by your audience as a phenomenological observation, one that reinforces their aversions to friction
