Weekly Spotlight #11! This Orbis group, Lax, is working to spread awareness of lacrosse to local youth. They have visited elementary schools throughout Ankeny to teach kids how to play lacrosse and how to get involved. This group has done a great job!

The Footie Central Association team is working hard to make a difference in the youth soccer community and provide a space for them to play soccer. Stay tuned for more information about how you can help this new space come to life!

Weekly Spotlight #7! This group has been working hard to spread awareness about the mental health of student-athletes.

Weekly Spotlight #8! This group is looking to expand Orbis's current mentoring program. This program is a great opportunity for high school students to get involved in the community and build impactful relationships with elementary students.

We are excited to introduce our very first internship spotlight! This student along with a few others has had the amazing opportunity to work with Casey's in developing their professional skills.

This past Saturday, this Orbis team spent hours prepping for and facilitating a foster care simulation event that also included 2 speakers with the intention of increasing empathy between various parties involved in the foster care system. Thanks to all who volunteered. #impact

Please Pass the Love is a mental health nonprofit whose mission is to transform comprehensive school mental health. They are in search of people who would be happy and comfortable sharing their message on social media, notably TikTok. This is a great opportunity to make a change!

This Orbis team needs your help! Foster Squad Iowa is hosting a donation drive at the Boys Track Meet on April 25th. Make a huge difference by donating something at the track meet and enjoying good company and races!
