Since our dealerships are independently owned and operated, it is at their discretion on being able to provide a loaner vehicle. misled by @AcuraStamford I was promised a loaner vehicle while my car was to receive recall repairs! Left work early, only to be told loaner was not an option. Huge waste of time! Never buying Acura again! @Acura

@Acura @AcuraClientCare This was the third time I requested a supervisor to call me. Meanwhile it is the end of the day on Monday and I am still waiting. At the same time I am getting confusing messages from Acura Ev app on my phone. However I can't connect with the car. Extremely frustrating.

@acura I bought a 2026 MDX in January and didn’t realize the hood has some symmetrical issues. Myself and my wife were driving one day and dash showed that the hood was open which it wasn’t. After checking that we realized the hood has issues where it doesn’t line up correctly…

@Acura My remote service never worked. After complaints, Acura extended it to Feb 9, 2027 as a goodwill gesture (screenshot shows it).
Now they’ve cancelled it.
So I never had working service, and the extension was taken back. Explain that.

@AcuraClientCare “@Acura @AcuraUSA Case #13535024 My 2012 MDX is burning 1.5 quarts every 1,000 miles. A known defect. I’m under your 125k mile limit, but Acura is denying the repair because the 8‑year window passed. I shouldn’t be penalized for driving less/yr. Please fix this.

Certified should mean transparent.
My 2019 Acura TLX (CPO) appears to have undisclosed repaint work that is now chipping.
I’ve contacted Acura and haven’t heard back.
Looking for resolution and accountability.
