Certified should mean transparent. My 2019 Acura TLX (CPO) appears to have undisclosed repaint work that is now chipping. I’ve contacted Acura and haven’t heard back. Looking for resolution and accountability. @Acura @AcuraClientCare

Walgreens in FishHawk has filled my son’s asthma med before, but today they suddenly refused and claimed it wasn’t covered. Publix filled it instantly with no issues. Walgreens left my son without medication he desperately needed tonight. Unacceptable. #Walgreens #pharmacyfail

@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum Thank you for reaching out. My grandmother was not able to restore her service, but she moved to the assisted-living on Saturday. I was really upset because she did not have access to her Life Alert. Coincidentally she did fall but happen to have her cell phone so she is OK.

My 90-year-old grandmother called @GetSpectrum to cancel her internet & phone for a specific date, but they canceled it immediately after trying to upsell her. Now she has no internet or Life Alert. Completely unacceptable. #Spectrum #CustomerService #ElderCare #DoBetter

Hey YouTube TV & Disney: Enough is enough.I’m paying for YouTube TV so I can watch sports, not get caught in a corporate ransom. Yet here we are: ESPN, ABC and other Disney channels just vanished from YouTube TV because the two couldn’t agree. #disney #YouTubetv #corporategreed

#spectrum demands ridiculous prices for cable and for the little bit I watch TV I expect perfect delivery of the news at least. 2 minutes of a frozen screen is unacceptable. And they wonder why people are leaving. There isn't even any weather. No excuses #spectrum. You want your payment in full and on time, deliver the goods.
