After ASO changed the name of the Criterium du Dauphine to Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes for 2026, they decided to change the name of the Paris-Roubaix race for the first time in its 123-year history. The iconic cycling classic Paris–Roubaix is set to be officially renamed Paris-Roubaix Hauts-de-France starting in 2026. This update reflects the race’s strong regional ties to the Hauts-de-France area (where the brutal cobblestone sectors and the Roubaix velodrome finale are located), even though the name has long been a bit misleading—the race hasn’t actually started in Paris since the 1970s (it now begins in Compiègne). Official sources, including the UCI calendar, already list the 2026 edition as “Paris-Roubaix Hauts-de-France.” They also announced the wildcards: Unibet Rose Rockets, Modern Adventure, Flanders Baloise, Cofidis, TotalEnergies, Tudor and Pinarello-Q36.5 will get them. 📷: @LCrommelinck

- No tie clasp. - Poorly tailored slacks. - Poorly tailored coat. - Poor posture. - Halting walk. - Insecure continence. Also, well done on the PRC scouring their nation in order to have an honor guard of soldiers...all taller than the visiting European. The PRC understand the power of presentation, perspective, and face. Starmer is 5'8". Not a tall man, but an inch taller than Mrs. Salamander. That happens to be the 2025 average height for a man in the PRC. Their honor guard, and the escorting general, is at least 6' tall. Only 10% of men in their 20s in the PRC are 6' or taller, compared to 30% in the UK.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our former chairman, Milan Mandarić, at the age of 87. Rest in peace, Milan. 💙
