This is Corki. She's 92. She has come to the gym 3 days a week for 5 years now. She drives herself to the gym. Some days she goes heavier, but most of all she just does something. She has kids, grandkids and great grandkids. She gets to interact with them all.

Hot shower every night. Warm bed. Food in the fridge. Truck in the garage with heated seats. We live better than kings did 100 years ago and still complain. American problems pale in comparison. Reminder: Life’s pretty damn good.
