Five years ago today we said our vows. My life pre-Chester was a happy, full one. We met when I was 35, married at 37. I did not feel incomplete before I knew him but I did feel like something wonderful was missing. He was and is my something wonderful. Forever and ever.

@rebeccazenefski Yeah, we went through a few different high chairs that we’d gotten for free on Buy Nothing with Truman and he haaaaaated them. They were more cushioned and I think he equated them with car seats (also hated). The Tripp trapp was definitely the winner! Good luck!

@ACrowdOfStars80 Our first one we bought from an instagram friend. I know I got lucky. The chair perfectly matches our table. I’ll check it out! At least this time, we have time. First round Maeve HARD passed on the high chair and refused things quickly 😳

After Jojo eats breakfast I sing “it’s raining cheese” to the tune of “it’s raining men” and I think Little Debbie appreciates the humor only slightly less than the snack.

@rebeccazenefski Truman prefers just a cushion on a normal chair these days, basically just a cheap booster. So we lucked out with just needing the one. You might check Kid A consignment, they sometimes get them.

@rebeccazenefski It’s a Tripp trapp. We bought it for Truman so this is the second kid to use it. It’s great and I think we’ll use it as just a spare folding chair when they’re done with it.

@rebeccazenefski I think asking for the range is totally reasonable. Worst case, they say no. 🤷‍♀️ This seems like such a tough part of self-employment.

When being outbid for a job…is it ok to ask what the other bids were? Or at least a range? Also - is it time for me to ask what other photographers charge for event work? Because some days I’m told I charge too little and now I’m being underbid.

I had to do physical therapy for 6 months after passing out and hurting my neck in the fall. Why did I pass out? I took a normal dose of NyQuil.

@thequeengeek You may be able to get a radon mitigation system instead. We had that installed at our last house for around $2K.

My dad just alerted me that my sub-slab heating vents may be full of radon(that I did not know or test for when I bought the house) and now I am full of the crushing dread that I may have to come up with $10k to REDO MY ENTIRE HVAC SYSTEM. Happy Tuesday!

@JoceKennealy I feel this nightmare in my bones. I sprayed Jojo in the face routinely and I don’t feel like I was adequately prepared for my body to be a milk sprinkler.

Something like this because my pump broke in my dream, too. I was unable to milk myself. Fun stuff.

Last night I had a dream that my bra clasp broke and my boobs were just flying around at school.

@jnicolemorgan I haven’t followed up for that piece of research. But I’ve seen them be pulled out randomly by friends and family to light birthday candles. That’s enough for me!

@jnicolemorgan We met on Match so we bought matchbooks with the date and “The Perfect Match” written on them. It was cute, inexpensive, and people use them!
