2026 MHHS Mikey Goodwyn is EFFICIENT! Doesn’t play out of character and knows his role. Knocks down the open 3, great cutter, & runs the floor!
Defensively he flys around the court and pesters opposing ball handlers.

Here’s a look into a practice with our 17u. Some of our core principles of play include creating advantages, making 0 second decisions off the catch, and cutting off the ball.
Based on these things we designed a simple 3v3 game.

The offense must make a 0 second decision on the catch or it’s a turnover. If they score off a cut it’s +2 and winners ball. Everything else is +1 and it’s losers ball, it will be continuous Fiba 3x3 until there’s a dead ball. You can adjust your constraints based on your needs
