Here we’re working on creating advantages for a shooter coming off handoffs. The player who is handing it off is doing everything they can to get there shooter open. The player who is handing it off is encouraged to try different things out and explore as many possibilities.

2028’s Zach Meister and Greyden Kress can really go. Zach rebounds out of position, alters shots, and his vision is off the charts. Grey is a natural born leader who brings players together, and is the extension of a coach at all times. Great feel and IQ @FullTimeHoops1

Here’s a look into a practice with our 17u. Some of our core principles of play include creating advantages, making 0 second decisions off the catch, and cutting off the ball. Based on these things we designed a simple 3v3 game.
Game Time Elite Training@Gabe_MaciasGTET

The offense must make a 0 second decision on the catch or it’s a turnover. If they score off a cut it’s +2 and winners ball. Everything else is +1 and it’s losers ball, it will be continuous Fiba 3x3 until there’s a dead ball. You can adjust your constraints based on your needs
