You gotta STOP, if you want to GO BIG. That’s what the most successful people do. Among my three “non-negotiable power rituals” is what I call the Recovery Ritual. Examples? Stand & grab protein or hot drink. Light exercise for 5min. So Go Big. When you hit a wall, Stop!
