@Sandiebeach @SkateboardGB I used to board in the 80’s - I was very into it and had slalom theatrics and freestyle boards :0 .. I spent a lot of time in LA growing up lol. Lots of scuffed knees & bruised shoulders...my friend Robbie used to go to empty pools with mates :) no skate parks in those days :)

So proud of our Skye Brown and the @SkateboardGB team, what an achievement! I used to skate in the 90s and it's amazing to see how skateboarding has come on leaps & bounds. PS I say 'skate' - I sat on my skateboard & chatted to the cute skaters but the community was 2nd to none

@lomondtrossachs @LochLomondCEO The Wild swimming trend is encouraging a lot of people into the water - many with no understanding of the risks or how to prepare or choose a location safely - something more needs to be done. Very sad news

STATEMENT FROM @LochLomondCEO: A second tragic incident has taken place this weekend on #LochLomond. Our boat team took part in a search operation on Saturday evening after a group got into difficulty in the water. Tragically, three people, including a child, lost their lives.
