Hi I am ADHD Adam. I'm trying to start an ADHD support group. Since ADHD and learning differences cluster together, I'm including them. We'll discuss the experience, coping strategies and emotional side of ADHD and LD. It will be one day a week (date and time to be determined).

@GoslinVirgil It can be. You need to honestly know strengths and weaknesses and use your strengths to overcome weak areas. Then it really can.

@mason_ishere13 @vanishingboy That's what I say too. Aaron is one of my favorite people here. Anyone saying that to Aaron it's definitely them.

@vanishingboy If they are turning you away then it's definitely them. Nobody in their right mind wouldn't want you as a friend.

@A_J_S_43_ I usually do martial arts. I'm taking Jiu-Jitsu and Tae Kwon Do. I'm wanting to get into MMA type fighting.

@GoslinVirgil That happens to a lot of adults with ADHD or they have a child who is diagnosed with it and and recognize themselves in what the doctor describes.

@ADHD_Adam2 I didn't find out I had ADHD until I was 35.Then everything made sense. I was told many negative things growing up: lazy,not attentive, found mindfulness helped tremendously.One great thing about ADHD is I can easily hyperfocus,my mind operates much faster than others.

@TygrHawk I am now. We drove 7 hours to and then back from NC to W Tennessee in a rented tractor trailer. I peed 57,000,000 times. 🤣

@ADHD_Adam2 Yeah with your asthma you MUST avoid Covid. Basti was very protective of you when he had Covid, he was more concerned about you being exposed, than any other concern he had, seems to me.

Could someone ask William why he blocked Basti and me. I really don't care that much but Basti is upset over it. He can't figure out why.

@ADHD_Adam2 Hi Adam. Hope all is well. I’m glad you are looking after Basti. I know it’s mutual but I’m talking about while he’s had Covid.

@A_J_S_43_ I'm good. I've avoided COVID. I have asthma so I've been careful.

@A_J_S_43_ Finally some time. Basti has been avoiding me by hiding in the hospital and pretending to have COVID. I got him now though. I'm gonna tickle him to death. 😝
