That’s why we’re grateful to collaborate with Practical Farmers of Iowa (PFI) as a Technical Assistance partner for our ADM re:generations program in Iowa and Nebraska. Elizabeth Schnicker, PFI Senior Field Crops Outreach Coordinator, says ""I've really enjoyed partnering with ADM re:generations as our work together removes barriers for more farmers interested in adding or building on regenerative practices on their farms. One-on-one technical assistance guides farmers to tailor their practices to reach their goals while preventing or mitigating common barriers; leading people to long term success. When farmers have success on their farm, their neighbors usually notice. This partnership has also supported a growing network of farmers sharing and learning with each other, even across state lines. Together they build confidence in the changes they're making on their farms and in their communities." Founded in 1985, PFI is a farmer-led organization that empowers farmers through on-farm research, shared knowledge, and practical resources. This week, ADM re:generations—alongside King Arthur, Kansas State University Extension, and the Kansas Association of Conservation Districts (KACD) — hosted a soil health workshop in Kansas. The event featured live demonstrations focused on improving soil health, including an interactive rainfall simulation that showcased how different management practices impact water infiltration and soil structure. We’re excited to announce a new partnership with American Farmland Trust (AFT) supporting farmers across Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, and Missouri. Through a $500,000 ADM Cares investment, we’re strengthening our long‑standing commitment to show up for farmers when and where it matters most. This investment aligns with the Farm Forward Initiative, ADM’s platform that brings together various existing and new efforts focused on farmer support. 🌾 Day 3 is wrapping up at #Classic26, and what a week it’s been! #TeamADM had a fantastic time connecting with everyone who stopped by our booth. We always appreciate the conversations, ideas, and insights shared throughout the show. We were also honored to be invited to speak at Agriculture Future of America (AFA) Precision Ag Institute, which took place during the event. Our team enjoyed visiting with college agriculture students and discussing the many exciting career paths ahead of them in the agricultural industry. It’s been a productive, energizing week all around — and we’re already looking forward to the next time we’re all together!
