While most of us are used to brushing our teeth in the morning, it’s just as important to brush your teeth at night to get all the food debris out of your mouth before sleeping! Brushing twice a day for 2 minutes each is the best practice for a healthy smile.

We may have less control than we think we do over cavities. How our teeth grow and are shaped can make bacteria worse on your enamel. Some people produce more bacteria than others, leading to higher plaque volumes. What IS in our control, is our sugar and acid intake and care.

Wishing you a very happy #NationalFlossingDay! Did you know if you skip flossing, you could be missing up to 35% of your teeth when cleaning?! Celebrate the holiday by taking a couple of minutes to floss all the Thanksgiving turkey out of your teeth.

Every October, our teams observe #MissionMonth, where we show our commitment to our communities by donating to those in need. This year our teams assembled over 3,500 dental kits across 5 states. Thank you to all our practice teams, who helped to make this month successful!
