@Mickeygitzin עם לא יכול להיות כובש בארצו. גם אם תחזרו על שקר אקיבוש מליון פעם זה לא יהפוך להיות נכון. שיפסיקו לרצוח ולטבוח יהודים ויקבלו את העובדה שהיהודים חזרו לארצם ואז נפסיק לשלוט צבאית על היציאות והכניסות של הערים שלהם. עד אז שייחפשו את החברים המתמעטים שלהם בעולם.

גורמים רשמיים בישראל מסתובבים בבירות העולם, כבר מעל שנתיים, ומנסים לשכנע שארגוני זכויות האדם החשובים בשטחים הם ארגוני טרור. הראיות שהוצגו לא התקבלו ע"י אף מדינה בעולם. היה ראוי אם שר הביטחון היה מבין יותר לעומק את השלכות המעשה שלו לפני שהכריז הכרזה שנראית, מריחה ובפועל רעה מאוד.

לכן, מצב בו הכובש מכריז על ארגוני זכויות אדם של הנכבש כארגוני טרור הוא מצב קיצוני ומסוכן. ודאי כשהוא נעשה במחשכים, ללא ראיות או הוכחות גלויות. מציאות שלא הייתה מתאפשרת בתוך גבולות המדינה. כל זאת, בשת"פ הדוק עם ארגון חוץ ממשלתי שהמהימנות שלו מוטלת בספק ובוודאות מוטה פוליטית

כמעט אין גבול למה שכוח כובש יכול לעשות מול אוכלוסיה נכבשת. כל נתין שנמצא תחת כיבוש יכול למצוא את עצמו עצור באמצע הלילה, ללא צו שופט, כל ילד שחי תחת כיבוש יכול לבלות ימים במעצר בלי שראה עו"ד. לקורבנות אלימות שחיים תחת כיבוש, אין כתובת לפנות אליה למעט הכובש עצמו.

Victims of violence who live under occupation have no one to turn to, except the occupying power itself. That’s why it’s dangerous when the occupier declares human rights organizations are “terrorist” organizations, especially when it’s done with no evidence or transparency. 2/
