2 days of impacting and screening over 1000 women! The mission continues. There are still more lives to protect and we’re just getting started.

Too many women are dying quietly from a disease we can prevent. For many, access to healthcare is still out of reach, screenings are delayed, warning signs are missed, and cervical cancer continues to take mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends far too soon. We couldn’t solve it all, but we chose to play our part. We set out to host a cervical cancer screening in Abuja for 1,000 women, and by the end, we had screened over 1000. There’s much more needs to be done. There are still countless people with limited access to care, still more lives that can be protected. We will continue to do all we can to save as many lives as possible, that is THE MISSION.

Looking back at the past few days, my heart is incredibly full because, while we set out to screen 1,000 women at the Abuja edition of the @AD__Foundation screening, we ended up screening about 1,500. This batch of screening ended yesterday, but the work is far from over. Thetr are still many more lives to impact, many more women to reach, and many more deaths to prevent. Our ultimate goal will always be to save lives in any way we can. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, is supporting us, and will continue to support us as we keep pushing forward. We will definitely communicate when and where the next outreach will happen. Let’s keep saving lives!

Cervical cancer is preventable when caught early. In a few days, we’re bringing free screening to Abuja. February 20th-22nd, 8AM. Location; Nisa Premier Hospital Car Park, Jabi, Garki District. Walk in, get screened and know your status. First come, first serve.
